Bill's Story

Catch and Release. It was Bill’s favorite kind of fishing because he knew the thrill was in the fight. The lessons and the challenges were, and always will be, in the struggle.

A gifted photographer and painter, Bill explored ways to combine the two art forms and his love for fishing. Beafish is the result.

Look closely. The B-E-A in the fish fins of our logo stand for Bill Edwards Art. But the brand represents Bill’s optimistic and service-minded life philosophy:

“It’s about the wide open sea and the great outdoors…and the ability to use our God-given talents to make a difference in the lives of others. So when life sends you downstream, swim upstream and make a splash!”

I’ve heard it over and over again in the past years as I’ve sought direction and wisdom for next steps with www.beafishdesigns.com.  I know it’s true, and as a trained writer and storyteller, I’m stumped at my apparent inability to get this right. 

But I had to push back when more than one industry expert suggested I need to hashtag “cancer sucks.”
